CMC ROCKS 2026 @ WILLOWBANK CARAVAN PARK

Are you interested in being a food / beverage / apparel vendor for 2026?

Each year we have a small selection of food / beverage / apparel vendors at both the paddock and the park side during CMC weekend.

We do not charge vendors a site fee for these events and never have, however we do request that a donation is made to Dolly's Dream in lieu of site fees via our fundraising link for this event. We have raised $76,974 for Dollys Dream since 2019 and are passionate about this cause, we are looking for vendors who will fit with our guests needs and will also support us in our fundraising for Dollys Dream over CMC weekend.​

CMC Weekend 2025 dates are 19-23 March 2026.​

Bump in for set up will be no later than Wednesday 18th March. 

Bump out is Monday 23 March.

Vendor trailers are not permitted to arrive late or leave early during these dates without prior approval from the venue organisers.

Welcome! Please provide your details below to submit your Expression of Interest in becoming a vendor with us over CMC 2026 weekend.

Available Trade Days (late night trade required for food vendors only - retailer vendors this is optional) Late night trade for food vendors is very busy as guests are returning from the festival venue hungry!
Do you hold a current public liability insurance certificate?
Do you hold a current food licence & can trade in the Ipswich City Council area?
Do you require power for your food/retail setup?
Will you require Onsite Camping? This is generally located directly behind our food and retail area, but may not be directly behind your vendor site. You will need to bring your own tent/van setup.
Have you traded with us in previous years?
